The leader of organic cotton group named Zai, he graduated from famous university in Chiang Mai and after graduated he worked with Japanese Charitable Organization for a while then started his own business. And his own business is planting organic cotton and sale to same organization that he worked with before. After that he persuades villagers, mainly old people because young ones out to work and study in the city, to plant organic cotton as well so they can earn some living.

According to him seems very big demand out there for organic products not only cotton and prices are quite expensive as well.
